Italy opens museums totally free on Sunday 5 June



Rome’s state and city-run museums free this Sunday.

State museums and archaeological websites in Rome and throughout Italy might be open totally free on Sunday 5 June due to the favored Domenica al Museo initiative.

The nationwide free entry scheme takes place each first Sunday of the month in tandem with the month-to-month free entry for Rome’s city-run museums.
