Former WBZ-TV anchor and reporter Shelby Scott has died


BOSTON – Former WBZ-TV anchor and reporter Shelby Scott has died at age 86. Scott labored at WBZ from 1965 till her retirement in 1996.

She got here to WBZ from Seattle to anchor the midday information, ultimately turning into half of the nation’s first all-female anchor group with Gail Harris in 1977.
